Market Lavington Community Hall

Market Lavington Community Hall opened in October 2007.

It is situated at the centre of our community and, as a fully licensed premises, it is an ideal venue for; weddings, parties, concerts and other special occasions.

The main hall holds approximately 160 people seated or 250 people standing. The Furminger room is a smaller round room, ideal for meetings or training sessions.

The venue is very well equipped with a modern kitchen and bar, excellent disabled access and ample parking.

The location of Market Lavington in the centre of Wiltshire means that the venue is easily accessible to the whole county.

Our facilities

The Main Hall

The large airy hall is designed to accommodate up to 160 people seated or 250 standing. There is a grand piano and a dismountable stage. Under floor heating means that the ambient temperature is good for most activities. There is direct access to both the kitchen and bar through serving hatches.

The Bar

The bar which opens into the hall has a glass washer and large drinks fridge. It has a selection of glasses.

The Kitchen

The modern kitchen is well equipped with cutlery and crockery for 120 people. It has a commercial cooker, dishwasher and warming cabinet, a large fridge and a lincat constant water heater. There is hatch access from the kitchen to the hall and the Furminger Room.

The Furminger Room

This a light and airy round room which can accommodate up to 25 people. There is direct access to the kitchen through a serving hatch.

The premises has ample parking and excellent disabled access and facilities.
